COVID-19 vaccine pop up PODs are available.
Below is more information if your organization would like to host a vaccine pop up site.
To request a POD, reach out to Shelly Hulbert with the MFD Healthcare Navigator Program at 901-636-7557.
POD requests should include the following:
- Intended recipients – this should be populations that are underserved, do not have adequate ability to visit a public POD, or would otherwise be better served by a “private” POD
- Number of anticipated recipients – at least 50
- Proposed dates and times
- It is helpful if the requesting facility has staff to administer shots
