During this breakout session, attendees will learn about: Episodes of Care Overview Tips for Success for specialists who are quarterbacks in the Episodes of Care Program (EOC) MCO member programs and materials to help support specialist quarterbacks for better outcomes Care providers will learn about tips, member programs and materials that can help them to better manage their episode of care members.
