As 2020 winds down, we are continuing our tradition of sending holiday cards to the medical community as a fundraising event for Memphis Medical Foundation.
This year’s contributions will go directly to our physician wellbeing initiative Thrive. Now more than ever, physicians are facing fatigue, burnout and enormous stress as COVID-19 continues to push the healthcare system and our community to the limits.
Through Thrive, we can offer free counseling sessions for those facing burnout. We hope to expand our programming in 2021 with resources in second victim syndrome, further research updates on COVID-19 and more. This is the year we need your support more than ever. We want to invest in supporting the physicians who give so much to us.
We are asking you to make a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation. All those who participate will be listed on our holiday card, which will be sent to all members of The Memphis Medical Society and Memphis healthcare leaders.
Although we request a minimum gift of $175 for inclusion on the card, all donors will be listed alphabetically on the card, regardless of the size of your gift. As always, 100% of your donation is tax deductible.
