The Tennessee Department of Health – Division of Health Planning is seeking input on the next Tennessee State Health Plan! The State Health Plan reviews the health of Tennessee and provides recommendations to state leadership on how to improve health. Through a series of focus groups, the Department is looking to gather feedback from partners across the state on recommendations to be included in the next Plan.
